Keno’s Anaheim Hills is a high volume independently owned and operated restaurant that has been in business for over 40 years. Known for its commitment to providing high quality scratch made food at reasonable prices. We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Kitchen Manager to join our team and lead our kitchen operations to the next level.
Job Summary:
The Kitchen Manager will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, compliance with health and safety standards, efficient team management, and cost control. This role is ideal for a leader with culinary expertise and a knack for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
   •   Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, ensuring smooth operations during shifts.
   •   Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
   •   Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
   •   Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
   •   Monitor food preparation and presentation for consistency and quality.
   •   Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
   •   Manage budgets, control costs, and minimize waste.
   •   Develop and implement menu updates in collaboration with the executive chef (if applicable).
Qualifications:
   •   Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role.
   •   Strong leadership and team management skills.
   •   Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
   •   Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
   •   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
   •   Culinary certification or degree (preferred but not required).
