Job Title: Food Runner
Location: Kenos Anaheim Hills
Job Type: Part-Time
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team. The Food Runner will play a crucial role in ensuring that food orders are delivered promptly and accurately to our guests, maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables swiftly and accurately.
- Assist servers in clearing and resetting tables.
- Ensure food presentation meets restaurant standards before delivery.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.
- Assist with other duties as needed to support the team and enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
